It can be hard to go into a place you've never been before, surrounded by several hundred people you don't know. We want you to know a few things about what you can expect the first time you join us at New Hope so you will feel more at home!
WHEN ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Each Sunday morning we offer our Connect Groups starting at 9am and our Worship Service at 10:30am. There are other connect groups on Sunday Nights and throughout the week.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
We do not have a dress code at New Hope and welcome you no matter how you're dressed. Whether you want to come very casual or wearing something more formal. In our services you will see people in t-shirts and jeans, business casual, or you may occasionally see a tie or two.
WHAT IS THE WORSHIP MUSIC LIKE?
At New Hope you will find a variety of musical styles and tastes represented. We use a live band to lead us in a participation-oriented worship experience that is both relevant and glorifying to God.
HOW LONG ARE THE SERVICES?
Typically our services are about 1 hour 15 minutes. We want to respect your time with your family and other commitments.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME WHILE I'M THERE?
We have no expectations of you. When you arrive, a Hospitality Team member will greet you at the door, make sure you know where to go and how to find whatever you need, and invite you to fill out a Visitor's Information Card. We will also have a small gift for you just to show our appreciation for you joining us. You are not expected to participate in giving an offering unless you personally feel led to do so. Communion is served every Sunday and we invite all immersed believers to participate with us as you feel led. We promise not to single you out as a guest during the service!
WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR KIDS?
Sunday Mornings consist of a 9am Connect Group Service and 10:30am Worship Service. During 9am, we offer groups for K-5th grade. During 10:30am, we offer groups for Jr & Sr High with Uptown Station for all K-5th grade. There are Nursery and Preschool aged classes during both services.
